Welcome to Teaddle Media, LLC (“Teaddle Media,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern all programs, memberships, software, digital tools, and artificial-intelligence features provided by Teaddle Media, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website, including any content, features, and resources available through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Note: If you are a client enrolled in a Content GrowthX program, membership, or service, your relationship is also governed by the Service Agreement Terms & Conditions and your individual Program Agreement or Membership Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and your Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.

1. Definitions

Capitalized terms have the meanings assigned in this section or the applicable addendum.

Client / Member / User — A business customer that purchases or uses ContentGrowthX Services.

Program Agreement — Product-specific contract describing deliverables, pricing, and guarantees.

AI Supplemental Terms — Addendum governing AI-assisted features and data usage.

Services — All programs, memberships, consulting, software, and digital tools offered by ContentGrowthX.

Deliverables — Any materials or results produced under a Program or Membership.

Agreement — These Terms and all incorporated addenda and policies collectively.

2. Business-to-Business Relationship

You acknowledge that you are engaging Content GrowthX solely for business or commercial purposes, not as a consumer.You waive any statutory cooling-off, rescission, or consumer-specific rights that apply only to personal, family, or household transactions.

3. Acceptance & Modification

By clicking “Buy,” “Subscribe,” or otherwise accessing our Services, you accept these Terms whether or not you sign a separate document.

Teaddle Media LLC may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revision.

4. Services & Deliverables

ContentGrowthX provides creative coaching, content strategy, marketing consulting, and AI-assisted tools.
‍
Specific deliverables are outlined in your Program Agreement or Membership Agreement and may include: coaching sessions, content plans, AI-supported writing, or edited videos.
‍
Timely payment and participation are required to maintain access to Deliverables.

5. Fees, Billing & Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Paypal, Payoneer, Wise, Skydo and Mercury.
We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
By purchasing our services, you agree that:

‍Fees are charged upfront unless otherwise agreed

Subscription or recurring services may bill automatically

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

Failed payments may result in service suspension

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services involve digital work, time, consulting, and custom deliverables:

General Rule

All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

No work has begun, or

Required by law

Custom projects, consulting, strategy calls, and digital services are not refundable after delivery or performance.

Performance-based guarantees do not imply eligibility for refunds. If performance targets are not met, remedies may include continued service, adjustments, or additional deliverables, as determined by Teaddle Media LLC. Refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

7. Performance Disclaimer

Teaddle Media LLC provides professional marketing and consulting services. While certain programs or agreements may include specific performance-based guarantees or conditional commitments as expressly stated in writing, results may vary based on many factors outside our control. Except where explicitly agreed in writing, no specific financial or business outcomes are guaranteed. Any performance-based guarantees are contingent upon the client fulfilling all agreed responsibilities and cooperation requirements.

Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are illustrative only and not promises of performance.

7.1 Guarantee Terms

‍Any performance-based guarantees (including view-based guarantees) are subject to specific conditions outlined in the client’s agreement. These conditions include, but are not limited to, timely communication, content approvals, provision of required assets, and adherence to the agreed strategy.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in suspension or voiding of any guarantee.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Provide necessary assets/materials on time

Review deliverables promptly

Communicate professionally

Delays from the client may delay results or delivery timelines or termination of guarantee.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a charge, you agree to contact Teaddle Media LLC first to seek resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.

Because our services involve time, strategy, and custom digital work that begins immediately upon engagement, initiating a chargeback after services have commenced, been delivered, or made available may be inconsistent with these Terms.

Clients acknowledge that failure to provide required materials, approvals, access, or cooperation as outlined in the agreement does not constitute non-performance by Teaddle Media LLC. In such cases, services shall be considered fulfilled to the extent reasonably possible, and payments remain due.

Teaddle Media LLC reserves the right to contest any chargeback or dispute that we believe to be improper, abusive, or fraudulent, and may provide relevant agreements, communications, and evidence to the payment processor.

Accounts associated with repeated or abusive disputes may be suspended or terminated.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Property

‍All systems, processes, templates, tools, and proprietary methods remain the property of Teaddle Media LLC.

‍Your Content

‍You retain ownership of your brand assets and materials.

‍Deliverables

‍Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business.

You may not resell, redistribute, or copy our proprietary systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEADDLE MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. TEADDLE MEDIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

Payments fail

Terms are violated

Fraudulent behavior is detected

Abuse or harassment occurs

No refunds will be issued for violations.
